On the purchase page, review available billing modes, start and end rules, configuration, duration, extras and total price. Check the expiry time of purchased devices and use order numbers to reconcile top-ups, payments, discounts and usage records.
Checks and troubleshooting
Disconnecting a stream is not evidence that billing has stopped. For a charge discrepancy, record the order number, device ID, amount and time range and contact official support. Pausing, changes and refunds depend on the purchase terms and applicable service rules.
