Check the order number, creation time, items, amount paid, payment channel and status in the console. After payment, verify delivery or renewal on the device. Payment and resource processing may complete at different times; check both records.
Checks and troubleshooting
If charged but the order is not updated, refresh and check the payment provider before paying again. Keep the order number, transaction reference, amount, time and redacted screenshots. For cryptocurrency payments, verify the specified currency, network, amount and payment expiry.
