This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services provided by Foxphone Cloud Phone, including but not limited to the cloud phone application, official website, client software, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

When you register a Foxphone account, we will collect necessary registration information, including:
- Mobile phone number or email address
- Account name and password
This information will be used to create your account, confirm your identity, and provide services. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to complete registration or use our services.
(2) Product Usage Information
During your use of the cloud phone service, our servers will automatically collect the following information:
- Your Foxphone account information
- Access IP address (used for network security protection and management)
- Device information (operating system version, device model, browser type, etc.)
- Cloud phone usage data (running applications, usage duration, operation logs, etc.)
(3) Customer Support Information
When you contact our technical support team via email or online support, the personal or account information you provide will be used only to resolve your issue and provide technical service.
(4) Push Service Information
To provide timely notifications and personalized services, our app may integrate third-party push services. When you use push services, we may collect:
- Device identifiers (such as Android ID, IDFA, etc.)
- App usage frequency and duration
- Your interactions with push notifications (clicks, dismissals, etc.)
3. Information Use
We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:
1. Provide, maintain, and improve cloud phone products and related services

6. Data Deletion Rights
We fully respect your right to delete data. You may request deletion of personal data at any time:

After verifying your identity, we will delete or anonymize the following data:

Exceptions
:Data that must be retained for legal, financial compliance, or security audit requirements will be securely stored for the statutory period and will not be used for other purposes.
(3) Processing Time
We will complete your data deletion request within
30 days
and provide the result via your registered contact method.
7. Log Records
When you visit our website or app, the system automatically collects IP addresses for server diagnosis, security management, and network maintenance. Such logs are kept for up to six months and then automatically deleted.
8. Cookie Use
